Children's Sunday School
During the school year, classes begin at 9:30 in the sanctuary for the beginning of worship. Children are dismissed for class after the time with the younger church.
During the summer, school-age children are invited to worship with the congregation. There is a children's corner with books, crayons, and other age-appropriate activities for children if needed. The nursery is available for children ages 0-5.
Staffed Sunday mornings from 9AM-NOON - The nursery is available for babies and toddlers up to 5 years of age.
Children are actively involved through music, Bible skits, games, and projects. Children sing…shout…celebrate God’s goodness. Students learn by doing as they grow in their faith, outreach, and service to others. The class is actively involved in hands-on mission projects.
First - Fourth Grade
This age group will be focusing on various mission-centered activities as they discover the Bible's teachings. Some of the focus areas this fall include Habitat for Humanity, the Church World Service CROP Walk, and the Presbyterian Peacemaking program.
This year we will be using the "Faith Questions" series and the Presbyterian Mission Yearbook from PC(USA) to guide our discussions. The middle school class will attend worship on the first Sunday of each month and for special events.
